Posing and composition have always been key to Adad Hannah’s exploration of the image. At an exhibition grouping several series of works, Sylvain Campeau leans into Hannah’s main aesthetic choices – falsely stilled images – an off-screen suddenly in evidence through play with mirrors, and silhouettes that are subtly crucial to the compositions.
